I feel that a life time of professional and personal work has led me to this role. Throughout my 30 year high-tech corporate career, I gravitated toward management across many functions: marketing, operations, engineering, customer service and support. Building teams, motivating people, and delivering value is at the core of what I care about in a corporate environment.

My strengths lie in clarifying thinking, creating order out of chaos, turning something vague and ambiguous into a concrete plan, coaching others, and execution. As I left the high-tech world, I served on several volunteer boards and co-created a jewelry and art business partnership both creating and helping myself and others integrate the creative parts of themselves into their own lives. I have been certified to provide coaching by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the National Career Development Association (NCDA).

Personal

• Jewelry designer and artist and co-owner of Indigo Natural Designs, a boutique art and jewelry business.  I am a big believer in the integration of creative pursuits into daily life. Spending time in creative flow enhances all aspects of your life.

• Meditation and yoga practitioner. Practices that enhance mindfulness and presence are invaluable for supporting your work (and personal) life.

• Wife and mother of 4 fully launched children.
